BRITISH GRAND PRIX

PETR MARKO (BOTTESFORD BULLETS) has had a tough GP series to date but was in fine form, rattling off 6 straight wins after finishing 3rd in his opening heat, to claim the British GP
and fire himself from 14th to 8th overall, with just 2 rounds remaining. Although he lost out in the final KENNI ALGREEN (ABERAVON GEMS) felt as much of a winner as the British
GP champ with his 19 points, as his nearest title rivals struggled to match his high scoring, pushing him 18 points clear at the top of the championship leaderboard. JAY
PATTERSON (NECRONS) completed the rostrum places, in the meeting as an impressive Wild Card, and ARNE KARLSEN (BIRMINGHAM BOURVILLAINS) also had a good round, despite falling in the
Grand Final, with 15 points propelling him to 2nd overall.

LAURENCE CHAMBERLAIN (LANARKSHIRE LIGHTNING) totalled 11 points in reaching the Semi Final stage and shares 3rd place overall after the round. JACK HAGEN (BUDAPEST BULLS) and
ERLING TROELSEN (LANARKSHIRE LIONS) also added double figures to their series scores - both still outside the top 8 places which guarantee a place in next year's series but
strengthening their chances of avoiding the GP Challenge meeting. The final Semi Finalist in the round was RAY FRANCE (KING'S LYNN LIGHTNING) but he won't have been happy with
his 7 point return which sees him slip out of the rostrum places with 2 rounds left. It wasn't a great round for RAFAL ARANOWKSI (READING REBELS) either but he retains a share
of 3rd place overall. FILLIPPE CHONG (NECRONS) and RHODRID SZCZYGIEL (CANVESY ISLAND CASTAWAYS) had rounds to forget but remain in the top 8 spots at the moment. LOUIS
JOOSSENS (TWEEDSIDE TIGERS) slips out of the top 8 however after picking up just 3 points in this GP.
